Six months ago, I wrote "What could they do better? The business has offerings that are low margin, don't scale or both, i.e. consulting and connectivity. This is not a good use of capital. The business should double down on its core managed security offering and make it stickier. Tie it to hardware. Secure key patents." Nothing has changed. Imagine what could have been achieved by now.

Leadership needs focus their excellent technical resources on building IP that addresses the important problems their customers face. Then we can all make real money. That is how this industry works. They need to stop doing anything else; it is just squandering opportunity.
