As I said yesterday - the company will be managed professionally and with the BEST interests of shareholders in mind and not the singular interests of an individual or group of people trying to manipulate the listing rules to their advantage. I am sure that the ASX and ASIC are pretty happy with the outcome of a "normal" process of calling an EGM for the purposes of allowing the presentation of a number of resolutions that were clearly IN the BEST interests of shareholders.
