Sadly I think that this is the way that things may well end up. It'll all depend on whether there is in fact a covenant breach as at the end of March which would be the trigger for this.
If Fidelity believed that there was upside in this, why have they been dumping stock that they bought at $10 for 40c? They probably don't want to be around for when the thing goes into administration.
