Bill Paterson selling down. No surprise. When I was on the board with him he had difficulty in understanding the coal mining development environment in Tanzania (and did not make a trip there to understand the issues the management team were facing). I heard from another former IEC director the other day that Bill's health has been suffering. A broker should aim to pick up the parcel of 14m shares from Bill to get set.
