Yes. Intriguing. But they will run out of ammo sooner or later. They cannot get to 20% unless they wish to make a take-over offer. Difficult to see a Funds Manager wanting a junior spec. Further, thy will be restricted by investment mandates but maybe with a deteriorating value, they are less constrained.
