He bought CTP after Macquarie made their attempted SOA. He gambled shareholders would gratefully take the money after so much time and drama without reward. When shareholders organised to defeat SOA he threatened posters here with cascading retribution. Shareholders recognised his unskilled clumsy bravado and saw him off with a no vote and defeat of SOA is history. TH is trapped in CTP unwilling to recognise the loss he faces and the explanations that would be necessary to his associates if he booked the loss. He is now averaging down. At the first opportunity he will sell everything and drive share price down for other shareholders. His reputation for social ineptitude was extended when he stood at the AGM and criticised Chair for " wasting time talking to small shareholders ". Chair, to his credit, immediately told TH he did not agree and small shareholders have as much right to speak with chair as TH. All of this makes me curious about the experience of Metals Ex shareholders while he was allegedly CEO there - does anyone know ? His shareholding in CTP is not in the least reassuring - in fact just the opposite.
