According to the AFR Bruce Gordon still owns the shares!?!

An extract from the article;

"Mr Gordon now has a 3.25 per cent share stake in Prime, or 11.9 million shares, but via two separate cash-settled shares swaps with Deutsche Bank and Vontobel, entered into on April 29 and May 24, for 10.9 million shares and 42.5 million shares respectively.
Via his private investment vehicle Berketu, Mr Gordon now has an economic interest in Prime of about 65.3 million shares, or about 17.8 per cent of the company – 3.25 per cent in shares and 14.59 per cent via swaps.
Mr Gordon could potentially have a larger exposure to Prime because cash-settled swaps do not need to be disclosed to the market."

Makes a bit of a mockery of the Media Ownership Restrictions if you ask me!!
