    Wing It, putting aside the issue of skirting Media Ownership Restrictions.

    Would it be possible for Mr Catalano/Thorney Group to merge with PRT (via purchase/reverse takeover) ...... take advantage of the available franking credits, wait for the price to increase by 30-100% and then Mr Gordon exit or get his shares back?
