selling 2m shares is under 1% of the company. they are at 42% ownership so I would imagine this wouldn't be the reason. I'm sure they would have offloaded some when it spiked post US navy Ann. if they thought it was overvalued. could have sold for above 1.5c
sorry I didn't answer your question, but I don't think you will be able work out a logical reason for that relatively small sale of 2m unless they tell you.
it is promising seeing a big player with a seat on the board increase their holding. US navy seems to be getting some traction. high risk but definitely seems to be moving in the right direction.
