    Fair point depth is manipulated a lot these days.

    Looking at some of the trades today though it does look like someone is slowly vacuuming up the stock. There have been 5 trades of 8702 so far today, indicating it's the same buyer. I also noticed quite a few trades yesterday for that same amount.
