I suspect they will have a better idea if they will need more capital towards the end of this month as the 2nd half of their FY is the money in half.
Then sometime between then and December an announcement could be made in my estimate.

Articles like the rubbish I saw about the drought in yesterdays Sunday Telegraph I think it was doesn't help those who look at drought from their ivory towers. It is the best looking supposed drought I have ever seen in my area, SNSW, with rainfall not too far below average to date this year. Good spring rains will be required but that's the case most years.
