I appreciate that Lev has generated great returns in some other companies that he has ownership/control over, but this IMO does not seem like a smart move for anyone involved.
Selling 1.4m shares each month like clockwork means that he is going to create this constant drag on the share price for the next 7 months (hurting not only current holders, but himself as well).
He could just go to an investment bank or large broker to take his entire stake off him (and pass to some institutional buyer) for a small discount and he'd be out and this overhang will cease.
