Have another look at the two announcements @georgetownd, Marcus didn't dump his shares into the buy bid at all, in fact there were no shares traded on market when he sold. Rather, he sold 100% of his holding to Goldfire Enterprises in an off-market deal. presumably Goldfire wanted to take a position in CRO and a convenient way to do that, given that CRO is thinly traded at the moment, is to approach an existing large holder and buy their stock.
