It's clear that LRS has no leases, no projects and no permits. I highly doubt they have even attempted to obtain them. Yes, it is fraud but ASIC either can't or won't move against companies like this. In any case, LRS has little money left and has no hope of obtaining more. Lind won't lend them more, and they cannot obtain financing by any other means. (Lind is the corporate equivalent of Cash Converters loans - a last ditch effort by the depserate to extend their misery). Based on the last quarterly, I'm expecting an insolvency notice just before the end of August. That way, they don't have to file an annual report. Probably, CG will receive a final payout and bonus and move on to the next company he can wreck.
