From the tracking dashboard that I made almost 2 months ago:

Seek job offers are up 5% from 22 to 23. (Not yet a trend)

No change in average employee rating on Glassdoor, but a couple of new ratings accumulated.

It's nice being able to easily check a dashboard to see if anything changed though.

The data will start to have more meaning after 6-12 months, but for now it's showing no downward trajectory. Probably safe to hold.
