    One has to wonder how it is not a form of insider trading ?
    Clearly you are in receipt of information that the average public does not have, people go to jail for selling before bad earnings reports come out.
    Oliver’s will argue the report in the end was okay, but tell that to the people who sold on Friday afternoon after the release of the quarterly.
