Well, he is allowed to sell his shares , even if he said he wouldn’t , that just hours to his and the boards credibility , what stinks is that he did it immediately prior to an earnings report, havnt they heard of blackout periods for trading shares.
Surely the asx has to ask some questions around these transactions, especially given the sloppy way the results trickled out
