I see around ~16,764,049 shares traded since late April 2019. Looks like he's accumulated 3.8m of these himself - or around 22% of the total turnover since April. Holding might be up over 10% soon, if the accumulation continues. This could lead to a reduced free float (assuming its not entirely long term top20 holders selling their holdings), and in turn could mean if/when JCS start reaping some of the rewards of the Asian expansion, the SP could appreciation rather quickly given the stability of the register and large amount of shares 'out of circulation'.
Not entirely sure why someone would sell $282 worth of stock today, seems like a bit of a waste of time, for so little realised capital vs cost of brokerage.
