So Dr John McBain bought another 800,000 shares on market taking his holding 7.75% of issued capital (just under 3 m shares).
Some buys at over $1.20 but 500,000 bought at $1. I would have thought he'd be invited to participate in the capital raising at $1. Clearly meets the sophisticated investor criteria. If there was a takeover bid the suitor would be keen to buy his stake.
