At this point in time, the only way for an institutional investor to accumulate sufficient volume in an illiquid $40m micro cap stock is via a share placement (e.g. Thorney) or a block trade (if one of the other major shareholders sell).
Simply having more free float currently won’t allow institutional investors to get the volume they need to make it worthwhile to invest.
Having said that, if TNY is able to grow it’s market cap 3-4 times, naturally larger investors may be able to participate.
