Thanks Cattery, all true. I re-read those releases from Jim again last week too. I didn't check with much hope of anything actually changing on the ground however I reasoned that given the communication standard around quarterly's and the rights issue there isn't anything stopping them doing road work (which is what I really was looking for) without an announcement. Free recent satellite images are an easy way to check and a discovery would encourage me to buy rather than sit.
