The way I see it that either UBS is buying to get the deal over the line and I get $1.90 or they're buying for another interested party and I get more. Don't see any reason to sell to be honest although I understand why some holders on here that have a crapload of shares may sell for me I only have a small holding so happy to take a punt and hold
