No wonder why this board is so boring. Few bashers with every piece of info positive or negative just getting bashed. Fact of the matter is that if you go back in time the Silversea guys have been soaking up shares from early 2019, and although price is down from Jan levels they continued to do so and have now become the largest shareholder. These guys jobs is to make return on investors money and i would have thought that they have done extensive DD before going into a large position. So could be that they see current price as none reflective of the true value of DTZ and play for the long term betting on re rating of the company once co. started to close deals
