We have a great product and a huge market awaiting. The problem i have is our self-serving management, who seem to have a problem selling the Dotz story. I was buying at the bottom yesterday..record all time low. I'm not seeing any stock purchases by our B.O.D..Every time our SP shows signs of climbing out of single-figures our B.O.D. slams it back-down with a massively discounted 'sweetheart' placement deal to their cronies at insto/s..raising a piddly tiny amount.
When are they going to do a proper one-off CR giving ALL shareholders opportunity to buy at the next all-time record low discounted price..?..and raise enough millions $ to see us through the next year without having to do several slap-down discounted placements to their mates..and perhaps the members of the B.O.D. should be buying with us..use some of the hefty salary we are paying them (to do very little currently) and join us with 'skin in the game' motivation. I've seen holders justifiably commenting about DTZ being a lifestyle company..lifestyle for our management..Here's a challenge to prove us wrong..
