This notice gives a wrong percentage for Fidelity's previous number of votes (11.04%).

Given the number of currently outstanding shares (295,110,421) their original holding of 29,664,576 shares lately represented only 10.05% (rather than the given 11.04%) and now has been reduced by 0.08 percentage points to 9.97%. The reason for this inaccuracy is that Fidelity's last holding notice is from 25 March 2019, so after the new shares from the entitlement offer were issued to institutional investor but before retail investors got theirs which happened only two days later.

In any case they have note reduced their holding by 1.07 percentage points as the notice suggests but only 0.08 percentage points or 235,000 shares worth $133,315.50 at the time of the sale.
