Looks like more sold today and they are probably below significant holder threshold now.

I think the market gets it because they see the significant buyer on the other side of the ledger. Many reasons why you sell (especially when sitting on 10-20 bag profits like these guys), but only one reason why the other side is buying.

To use a technical term, 'price discovery' is still occurring and new market participants are finding out about this stock and existing participants are repricing the value of the business. I also think there is some anticipation of the results being presented formally in a week or so, though I'm sketchy on the details. That should bring more clarity around the likelihood of Phase 3 success as well as new interest in the stock.
