One thing for sure is that management have been weak and have represented the wishes of a bulk of (ex-NST) shareholders poorly.
If the deal with NST doesn't go through, I would encourage Maso Capital and Datt Capital to use their equity to call a shareholder meeting and put management up for re-election. It's a chance to install a management team with some conviction.
