This whole 'restructure' and reclassification will mean that Adir and Calvin can sell more shares in Catapult and cash in without having to lodge 'change in director interest' notices? They can sell equity interest in the fund that holds Catapult shares, and the fund is still holding the same amount of Catapult shares, but the ultimate owner of Catapult shares has been changed.
