If this has just happened, what that means is that both Calvin and Adir offloaded their Catapult shares by offloading their interest in their respective holding companies (or funds) just recently. So, the millions of shares transaction that we see recently is probably both directors offloading almost 42M shares altogether? Wowwww...such a great vote of confidence in Catapult's future..

In the past, this would have caused 10-20% drop in share price with this news coming out that directors have offload a massive amount of their equity interest...now they have been doing surreptitiously...wait till the market finds out!
