Are you sure they 100% interest in DSOF 1 and 2 (hint look at the IPO prospectus)?
Do you know the history and purpose behind those vehicles? Is it related to tax, convertibles etc
I think the important questions are:
1. Have director's interests/voting power in the DSOF 1 & 2 dropped? Is it because more investor's are buying in, funding other ventures etc. Who actually makes investment decisions for the funds now and how are they made?
2. Who is the insto that bought in?
