I dont think the tone in the post was attacking or disrespectful in the least. The best way to deal with any perceived criticism or emotions in a post is to ensure you are replying to the subject of the post, ie the fact that directors and management have been issued shares.

This is such a place that if a post may be perceived as factually incorrect, there needs to be mutual respect to identify what was incorrect. For if we do not allow respectful feedback and debates, we allow the wool to be "pulled over our eyes".
