Tomorrow should be the last day of purchasing shares which can be registered before Wednesday close, and that will give you the vote on Thursday. Pretty tricky and risky play! if APAC (assuming they are the buyer) failed to put their candidate into the board seat, they will no doubt dump the tens of millions of shares they acquired recently. If they succeed the share price will be strongly supported even at today's price.
