this is a clear share grade for a take over vote that's more important then a board member as that has to go to the shareholders for approval that's why it's being bought up...smoke and mirrors..stop thinking like retail and think like a insto.. it's cheap, trade war and Brexit could come to a close,copper rebounding and some company's need a new copper mine.. this is a perfect target.. they know a lot of money as already been spent so they might not need to spend more on it.. so while ppl think it's for 1 board members is really a build up shares for a to
