With regard to Mr Kerr this announcement has just been released by the ASX from the Board of Hawthorne resources.
I wonder if this has any significance as he has been buying up large here.
Mr M Kerr the Company’s Executive Chairman; Managing Director and CEO, has advised the Board of Directors of his wish to step down from his role as Executive Chairman of the Board with immediate effect whilst continuing to serve the Company’s as Managing Director and CEO.In acceding to Mr Kerr’s request the Board will consider the appointment of an alternative Chairman of the Board at its upcoming meeting in November.
With regard to Mr Kerr this announcement has just been released...
