    i've already voted for Ben Reichel.

    But regardless, in the event Gerald & Somboon win. it is still a positive, the ego war end.. Donaco can move forward.

    it is also likely, we will have another board spill in 2 months time anyway.

    also, there's no guarantee On Nut Road votes will be direct for current management... They only state, their votes will be independent from Gerald.. potentially On Nut Road could abstain from voting and still be true to their words.
