On Nut is not going to side with Gerard Tan to vote themselves out. That's for sure.
Even if they offer them a high price to get out, they will need to notify the market as with OCP. Otherwise, Gerard Tan will be in the same boat
as OCP like last round.
From the sound of it On Nut will want to see through the arbitration.
Unless Gerard/Joey and Somboon planned this right from the beginning to swindle all other shareholder, I don't see how Gerard/Joey will be in cahoot with Somboon. Doubt they will trust each other at all.
