I am quite curious how this will unfold in the coming weeks. I wonder whether GT double cross JL and team up with Somboon to control the co.
If they do, they probably have 23% and On Nut with Spenceley will have about 23% as well. I wonder there is a pocket ace somewhere. Maybe they have bankrolled few other shell shareholders or nominee account to gain control and without breaching the substantial holder limit.
The last voting was 500 mil vs 9 mil presumably that excluded Somboon. Now 9 mil has become 40 mil. That would be 470 mil vs the rest.
We will see what happened but htran and few other active participant might be holding the swing vote.
