Honestly I would be amazed if it's even close. We should all vote to keep things the same regardless but if they had bankrolled other shareholders, they would of been able to get the egm to happen the first two times.
Instead they needed on nut road to let them even have their voices heard, and if on nut road wasn't confident that the matter would be voted down easily , they would of waited till after the arbitration to let it happen.
all of this is merely my opinion.
