Issue you’ve got is how much dilution in between If/when U runs and given Aura is currently trading @ half of 1 cent, you could be looking at billions of extra shares in a short space of time.
Just Reeve’s salary alone is close to 100mill shares of dilution p/annum at current level.
FYI PDN did not drop 90% post Langer Heinrich acquisition, it was closer to 50% but don’t let that get in the way of a good story. Langer Heinrich is also tier 1. Tiris is not.
