The AGM is a great forum to express ones view to the existing Board of Directors and signal any changes required. A good BOD will take on board any sea change in direction or improve alignment of interests if that is what the majority of shareholders desire.
If anybody even bothers to attend CycleBottom. One think whinging on a public forum, totally another bothering to catch the number 9 bus to actually attend.
