I just googled it (ok I think i have an unhealthy fascination with Mr Tribe) Corps law says 14 days (s205G - RG 193.16) but ASX listing rules say 5 days (3.19A) so I guess he has 5 days for a director notice. Substantial shareholder is more like travelbug said but you have 2 days from ‘when you become aware’. I gather the directors ones are stricter but you have more time.
it is so tempting but i feel like i would be making the same mistake. I guess this time i would be buying and the money is inside the company where last time i jumped on Tribe taking 19.9% but the money wasnt inside the company.
