They converted their last remaining Converted Notes. There was $850,000 outstanding on Convertible Notes. Company gets the $850,000 cash that now needs not be repaid as liabilities go down by $850,000. FFG has now more access to cash and less liabilities. They only sold 10m shares over 100m shares traded. Quite a disciplined fund I would think. Not a bad partner for now.
