The notice reads disposals but they didn't just flush those shares down the drain, there were corresponding acquisitions.
You can't just flog off that number of shares on the street. (nearly 5 Million total)
The off market transactions means that there is an investor who has links with SPP, interested in BLG.
I read:
Someone wants to get on board and has done a deal with SPP!
