Not sure why people are getting fired up, the agm was only a few days ago and there was a forum for questions, yet they were not asked and here we are.
I wouldn't expect anything other than a diplomatic response from the company which is exactly what you received. Why set a firm december deadline at the risk of missing it if the refi isnt due until august. Unfortunately it's a case of damned if you do, damned if you don't. Nothing appeases the hc critics.
