As for the costs in point 2, which I'm presuming you're asking me to address, as I said I don't have a finance background, so I could be a bit loose with the terminology.

I think that yes, some mention of cf pos, but if I'm right, the fin accounts do not reflect this yet until in Dec, so both true as far as I know.

As for future cashflow to adequately cover debt (p&i) you are basing your assumption on only s1, I think. Don't forget that s2 is also part of what the bod is working on, and seems quite far along as per presentation.
