Just to bring total clarity to this situation, Allan Buckler applied in full for his entitlement which was 47,965,134 shares totaling $2,877,908. The loan of $2.8M as per the cash flow was not received in September but October!
The Likely position as per forecast is:
September 30th closing balance........$1.098M
SPP cash raising ..............................$9.155M NOTE as per the 3B this figure includes all moneys over and above the entitlements.
December Expenses.........................($35.193M)
December Receipts............................$45.427M
Expected cash in bank Dec 31st $20.487M
