My guess and purely speculation is they are past the 20% now, it appears that the purchase from Maca was done over a couple of days and parcels for a reason. Very strange that the purchase advised in change notice puts them just under 20% with a further 7% still to be advised. Could be just to buy extra time before the market knows that they hold 20% or more. Just my opinion, however we will know this by at least Thursday.
