Or FIL were the ones propping up the SP before the last Capital Raise to minimise the effect of Dilution, they then likely would have sold those same shares used to prop the price shortly after.
FIL stopped selling months back, if they were selling out one would think they wouldn't have stopped.
As for the votes against the Remuneration Report, there was no sign that they casted any votes against, if they were not happy you would see more than what was in the report.
