Do we know anything about "Velasco" or who they're associated with?
Obviously has relatively deep pockets or insight to put close to $3,000,000 into a spec stock while keeping their funds tied up in an offshore account so just curious if this is a potential for a takeover (hopefully at prices closer to when they initially bought in last year!) Or just an investor who understands the need to control energy use and consumption?
