Certainly some very aggressive accumulation going on in a rather short time. I wonder what the plan is here?
The proposed upcoming company plans might not go as straight forward as the company would like...

Does anyone know if once over 20% voting power the Hamman's would have to either slow down and accumulate at 3% per year (creep), or if they choose to continue to accumulate at this pace they would have to show their hand and announce to the company what their intention is if they increase their holding by more than 3% per year?
